- Tony Seba predicts: “I am incredibly optimistic that by 2030, nuclear, coal, gas, big hydro, and oil will be all but obsolete,” Tony Seba – is a famous Stanford University lecturer, successful serial Silicon Valley entrepreneur, visionary and disruptive technologies guru. If these predictions come true, one doesn’t need to be a prophet to predict the global geopolitical repercussions. http://tonyseba.com/portfolio-item/clean-disruption-of-energy-transportation/
- To the Danish Ambassador Jesper Vahr’s An Open Letter Mr. Ambassador, In your remark made in the Jerusalem Post Diplomatic Conference on December 12 you made an attempt to defend the Western European anti-Israeli stance and allegations of using the double standards with regards to Israel. You said that actually Israel has to take pride as being judged according to the higher standards unlike all the surrounding countries. I believe that there are fundamental flaws in your reasoning. The very word “standard” implies a unified common way to judge and treat all the parties involved. The double standard actually means that there is no standard at all. There is, as eloquently presented Ms. Caroline Glick in this meeting, a single standard for Israel as opposed to other standards applied to the rest of the world. You singled out Israel. In plain English it is called discrimination. You now harshly discriminate Israel as you used to discriminate individual Jews. To the best of my knowledge democracy, which Europeans are so proud of, implies among other thing equal rights. So, why Israel is denied these equal rights? You made a second point that Israel is a strong party in the conflict, far stronger, than the other side, hence … You may have forgotten that Israel is a tiny country, a mere speck in the ocean of Arab and other Muslim nations occupying vast territories, commanding enormous human and financial resources, holding a key to the oil supplies. This is even before taking into account a massive European support. So who exactly is David and who’s Goliath? Referring back to the strong and the weak, one may imagine a situation when a poor hungry fellow stole something from a rich person. Most probably, the judge would be lenient to him. But if he murders, then he is a murderer like any other person. Your unjust behavior is helping the terrorists, the radical Islam, the forces of evil, you became accomplices of them! Sir, your standards are not just “double’’! They are perverted! I won’t be surprised if the further generations of Europeans would feel ashamed by your new anti-Israeli political crusade. - Pam, I’m fine, translating my book into English. Even the layman’ translation is better than nothing. Are you in Israel?
